In order for RetailOS to work, it accesses a number of different web services. This table describes the services it uses and the domains accessed, which can be of use should you have any firewall rules on your network.

## Standard Domains

| **Service** | **Domains** | **Usage** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Red Ant Services | `redant.cloud` | The primary domain used for RetailOS services, including the API and Web Client. |
| Google Analytics | `google-analytics.com`<br>`www.googletagmanager.com` | RetailOS uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics as standard. |
| Google Fonts | `fonts.gstatic.com` | Used by RetailOS to host fonts used by the system. |

## Extra Domains

The following domains may or not be required, depending on your individual instance of RetailOS and its capabilities.

| Stripe | `js.stripe.com`<br>`m.stripe.com` | Only required for clients with Checkouts integrated with Stripe |
| IBM Cloudant | `cloudantnosqldb.appdomain.cloud` | Used for RetailOS instances that make use of Virtual Consultations or Offline Catalogues. |
