To integrate with Appointedd, navigate to the `integrations` table. For adding a new Appointedd integration, follow these steps in Postico:

## Adding a New Integration

- Click on "add new row" in Postico `integrations` table
- For the `id`, generate a new UUID.
- The `private key` field should also contain a newly generated UUID key, which is utilized for webhooks authentication.
- In the `config` field, input all configuration details obtained from the Appointedd dashboard.

`Config` field details 

**API Key**: Accessible through the Appointedd dashboard (once you login to appointedd then redirect to dashboard) by navigating to "connect" > "setup api connection." This is where you can retrieve the API Key.

**Booking URL**: Found under "booking tools" > "manage booking widgets." Edit a widget and click on "get embed code," then select the "widget Url" tab to obtain the Booking URL.

**Customer Territory ID**: we can get this from the Red Ant Territory table. 

## Creating Webhooks in Appointedd

For seamless integration, create** 3 essential webhooks:**

**1. Create a Booking Webhook: **

Name: Specify the webhook name.

Webhook Trigger: Choose `booking_created`.

URL: Input the RedAnt Appointedd API URL. (API_BASE_URL[/v2/appointedd/bookings/sync](https://ds-api-coty-qa.redant.cloud/v2/appointedd/bookings/sync))

Authentication: Use a Custom Header and Authorization Token, which is derived from the `private key` in the integrations table.

**2. Update Webhook**: Follow similar steps to set up for updates except for selecting the webhook trigger as `booking_updated`

**3. Cancel Webhook: **Follow similar steps to set up for updates except for selecting the webhook trigger as `booking_cancelled`

## Creating a Calendar in Red Ant

Creating a calendar is necessary to ensure the correct calendar is displayed for the appropriate store. This calendar must be assigned to the Appointedd integration.

In order to create a new calendar, navigate to the `calendars` table. Click on Add `+ Row` 

- For the `id`, generate a new UUID.
- For the `name`,  add the appropriate calendar name
- For the `details`, it requires a booking URL (which you can get using the above instructions section 1)  & Appointedd Integration ID (which is the  `id` can get from `integration table`)
- For the `externalCalendarId`, This can be obtained from Appointedd by navigating to "setup" > "manage resources," then clicking on "view info" and the "booking page" tab. In the below screenshot extenal CalendarId will be `652e6250669549aad23a1dd1`

## Selecting a Calendar for the Store 

To assign a calendar to the store go to store management -> select store -> appointments tab -> select the right calendar.
