## Overview

App Feedback is a dedicated area within the platform where the user can submit feedback about their experience using the app. 

The app feedback form allows the user to specify the type of feedback they wish to supply, a field to supply supporting information and an option to attach an image with their feedback. 

## Feedback Email

App feedback is sent to a dedicated inbox, with a breakdown of:

- User who submitted the feedback
- The email address associated with the user
- The store they were logged into
- Their role
- The type of feedback they have submitted (e.g. App crash, Bug, Suggestion, Question)
- The supporting information provided
- Image attachment

> ℹ️ We’re able to configure the feedback to be sent to one or many email addresses using the `feedbackEmail` column with the regions table.
